Flights were cancelled Jan 2 & Jan3 from Denver to Scottsbluff for 2d of us
Flights from Great Lakes Airlines were cancelled from Denver to Scottsbluff Nebraska Jan 2nd and 3rd for 2 of us, husband and wife. We had to rent a motel room for one night for Jan 2nd and have a friend come to Denver to get us at the motel. We then got to Scottsbluff Ne airport on Jan 3rd to pick up our car. To our amazement a flight was leaving at 1600 to Denver, Co. from Great Lakes Airlines. When we inquired at the desk of the airport we were told to contact you. I feel we SHOULD be reimbursed for the airline tickets and the motel room.

Cancelled flight due to co pilot hours
I had a flight on Sat Nov 23rd and no call was given to me due to cancellation. Weather was very good. The only flight they had was on TUESDAY 3 day. I had to drive 2 hours to Phoenix AP to catch a flight and I had to pay another 300.00 for a new ticked. Really !!!! No wonder every person on my flight up just hated this airline. Now I know why. This was going on when I left but the pilot stated all would be find on my way home. Good to know we can trust this airline

I went to what I thought was Great Lakes Airlines and purchased a ticket on an emergency basis. I learned that I was actually purchasing this ticket through this travel company and paid a great deal more than what I would have paid directly through the airline. I called Great Lakes and I was not the first to make this complaint but they said there was nothing they could do as this company's appearance on the web was identical to Great Lakes. It is a scam!!!! What they do may be legal but it is unethical. There should be some sort of watch dog internet agency for criminals who misrepresent themselves. Beware.
